Rajesh Soundararajan

Rajesh Soundararajan has 27 years of experience and has led Asia-Pacific Product, Incubation, Sales, Channels, and Business teams and has held leadership positions at IBM, Microsoft and NComputing before founding Futureshift in Singapore.

He is a CEO and Co-Founder of Futureshift Consulting. He also heads a not-for-profit 300 Million Citizens’ Challenge to help spread the Joy of Learning to the next Millions of underserved. He also is a fraction CMO for Qryptal and acts as CTO for UpRISE!, an inititaitve by XL4W-GGEIL for building women leaders.

During his career, he has built products from incubation to scale and turned around business units towards profitability and revenue optimization.

As a volunteer with Katha as their Group Chief Sustainability Officer and a core team member of the leadership team, he is helping build the organization while supporting the organization to create sustainability in funding, people, and partnerships to scale.
